Com todas as restrições impostas pela pandemia de COVID-19 à população brasileira, é esperado que muitos comportamentos saúde se modifiquem, incluindo hábitos relacionados alimentação. Entretanto, não sabe ao certo a maior permanência da em casa possibilitou melhora ou piora dos alimentares. Assim, objetiva-se investigar o consumo alimentos ultraprocessados por brasileiros durante COVID-19. Este estudo investigou no Brasil. Foi realizada uma revisão sistemática literatura com busca eletrônica PubMed, Lilacs e SciELO aplicação critérios inclusão exclusão. A resultou 96 artigos após seleções, 7 foram selecionados para na sendo, 6 transversais 1 coorte. Os estudos demonstraram alto AUP aumento neste pandemia, especialmente adolescentes, residentes nas regiões Norte Nordeste do país pessoas menor escolaridade. evidenciou pelo brasileiro período quarentena devido isolamento, evitar contágio
